Lance is absolutely fantastic! We call him our official family realtor because we have all gone to him to buy/sell our homes over the past 1-2 years. He's professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful. I work a lot and am pretty busy most of the time but he always made sure I was aware of the next step in the process or of any upcoming deadlines. He had good advice about anything I asked and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. More than all of that, he's a good and honest person and I mean it when i say that everyone in my family considers him a friend. ??

Lance was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and sold my house in 2 days! For MORE than asking price! Can't do much better than that! His staff kept me informed throughout the whole process. It was quick and easy and I highly recommend him to everyone!

Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Brighton, MI.

My wife and I went through a few realtors over a process of a few years and found that many of them didn't have the endurance or commitment for a pretty tough buyer's market. However, we really found a trusted friend in Lance. I am very sincere in saying that he has all the attributes that you want in a realtor. He's very responsive. He is very patient (we had pretty high expectations for what we wanted and A LOT of questions). He's honest and has a lot of integrity. He's knowledgeable about a lot of things from anything of the home-buying process to local code and building issues. He's empathetic. And he's just a fun, down-to-Earth guy that you want to have a beer with. If you're not satisfied with him, I think you need to take a closer look at yourself because he's the real deal.
